What is Launch Law?
Launch Law is a DIY Legal Document Platform provided by EQUES®, Inc., an Ohio Law Firm.
DIY means “do-it-yourself” and every step of the Launch Law platform is designed so you can create your own legal documents. DIY, by extension, also means that by choosing to use the LaunchLaw platform, you are acknowledging that you are creating documents from templates without any legal advice and are accepting all responsibility for those documents and how they are used.
Launch Law is UnBundled Legal Forms
Unbundled Legal Forms are a template and questionnaire you are given access to and are provided without legal advice. Unbundled Legal Forms are limited in scope and do not obligate the law firm or attorney to provide any additional services.
Depending on the document you are creating you may be provided with educational information on the next steps that are applicable to completing the document correctly.
Launch Law is Not a Replacement for Seeking Legal Counsel
The LaunchLaw platform provides standardized document templates for basic legal needs. While it is a great place to start meeting your most basic legal needs, it is not a replacement for sound legal advice that is tailored to your situation. Using the Launch Law platform does not guarantee that the document you create is going to meet all of your unique legal needs.

The Launch Law document templates were designed according to Ohio laws and are not applicable to any other State, Country, or jurisdiction. The Launch Law platform, while based on the internet, is only offered to Ohio residents and companies. Any use of the Launch Law platform for any non-Ohio jurisdiction is expressly prohibited and Launch Law disclaims any liability for the document or its efficacy in any other jurisdiction.
